Implementation Background
The Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency（EPA）launched Taiwan Green Mark Scheme in l992,a voluntary Environmental labelling scheme. The main task of the green label scheme is to reduce the pollution to protect the natural resources, to strengthen the recycling of resources.
